COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors D60P2ES parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued U.s.-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out United-Power-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Universal-Systems-Se product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s.-Motors such as the H50V1BS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DB9M manufactured by United-Power-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most United-Power-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C100568 by Manufacturer Universal-Systems-Se as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ulvac Brand CCMT100D1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unisys such as 41484767004 equipment made by Unisys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unisys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unisys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available V1210 made by Unitronics as well as the popular 2043PMUD3 original spares produced by Unipak Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DJ60P1DM by U.s.-Motors and 41484767004 spares by Unisys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DJ50P2DM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer U.s.-Motors. |
